The Collaborative For Better Urban Health is a case management agency created to address quality health service voids in communities of color. We specialize in pairing our clients with those providers that they are most comfortable with, whom they feel best represents them.
Supported by 50 years of medical and clinical data. Relying on more than 500 years of collective human services, social services, criminal justice, and healthcare industry experience. The team at Better Urban Health understands that both health and mental healthcare services in communities of color have been consistently below quality standards and want to help fill those voids.
